Structure of the Committee

The Executive Committee consists of five officers:

Records Officer

Safeguarding Officer

The committee is completed with the addition of up to five ordinary members.  The below roles are fulfilled by ordinary committee members:

Sussex Club Liaison 

Beginners Secretary

Membership Secretary

The constitution also allows for the addition of a junior representative.

Committee Meetings

Committee meetings convene regularly, with intervals not exceeding three months, to address club operations and matters concerning archery activities.

Should you wish to bring up any issue for consideration during a committee meeting, feel free to approach or email any Officer or committee member. Minutes from these meetings are accessible in the members' section of our website and emailed out to the membership. Your input is valued and welcomed!

The Annual General Meeting

The AGM is held in June each year.
