Mandatory Club Agreements
Every new club member is required to complete an application form - thereby agreeing to abide by the Club Constitution.
All personal information will be treated with the strictest confidence in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, and used only for the purpose(s) that it was collected.
Please be aware that you are responsible for your own equipment. It is worth checking your home contents policy to see if your equipment is insured, and if it is covered when in your car.
It is advisable to keep all your receipts together - you may be surprised how much it would cost to replace all your equipment.
We are covered by Archery GB liability insurance, provided that everyone shooting at the club whether as a member or a visitor, is a member of Archery GB. If you are shooting alone (without anyone else present), they you are NOT covered by the Archery GB Liability insurance.
If you do have an accident or hurt yourself, please inform a member of the committee and ensure that it is recorded in the accident book which is held in the toilet by the indoor range.
